Regional Youth Convening

Youth aged 12 to 28 are invited to a regional youth convening online in late August, hosted by Highlander's Manager of Youth Programs Rosemery Paz. The exact date and time of the convening will be determined by participants' availability. Young leaders will come together to share their stories and experiences, connect with other young leaders from across the U.S. South and Appalachia, and identify next steps, including a regional community agreement reflecting young people's voices and priorities. Participants from Tennessee will be prioritized in the registration process, but the gathering is open to youth from across the region. Learn more and register below.
