The Highlander Research and Education Center is seeking a bold and dynamic People & Culture Coordinator (PCC) to lead the People & Culture Department, which is responsible for working with Highlander’s leadership team to direct key human resources functions. The PCC will create and maintain people-centered processes; provide key hiring, onboarding, & off-boarding oversight; ensure employment law compliance and that safety practices throughout Highlander meet organizational expectations.
